More than 1,200 publications and memberships in scientific societies such as the Max Planck Society speak for themselves. Prof. Schubert was awarded with the Federal Cross of Merit/Germany and named University Professor of the Year 2019/Germany. Since July 2023 he is founding director of the new Helmholtz Institute HIPOLE JENA (as part of the Helmholtz Center Berlin, HZB). Prof. Schubert’s expertise supports and guarantees the scientific quality of the research at Energy13.
